These terms apply to every booking made with Blue Horizon Surf Camp, Tamraght, Agadir, Morocco (“Blue Horizon”, “we”, “us”), whether through our website, by email or on WhatsApp. By confirming a booking you accept these terms.
1. Bookings
Sending the booking form or a message is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) with your dates, package, room type and price.
Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
2. Prices and payment
- Package prices are per person, per week, and depend on the room type you choose.
- Prices shown on the website may change; the price in your written confirmation is the one that applies to your booking.
- Any deposit and the payment schedule are stated in your booking confirmation.
- Extra activities (for example Paradise Valley, sandboarding, quad, horse or camel riding, massage) are not included in the packages unless stated, and are paid separately.
3. Changes and cancellations
- If you need to change your dates or cancel, contact us as early as possible by email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation and refund conditions for your booking are stated in your booking confirmation.
- Unused days, lessons or services (for example if you arrive late or leave early) are not refunded.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and surfing.
4. Packages with a minimum group size
Some packages, such as Ride the Horizon, run with a minimum of 3 guests. If the minimum is not reached, we will offer you another package, other dates, or the chance to join an existing group.
5. Surfing, conditions and safety
- Surfing and outdoor activities carry risks. You take part at your own risk and must follow our coaches’ and guides’ safety instructions.
- Sessions depend on the ocean, weather and tides. We choose the spot and timing each day for your level and safety, and we may change, shorten or move a session when conditions require it.
- Please tell us before arrival about any health condition, injury, pregnancy or swimming limitation that could affect your participation. Surfing requires you to be able to swim.
- We may refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
6. Equipment and accommodation
- Boards and wetsuits provided by us must be used with care. Damage caused by misuse or negligence, or lost equipment, may be charged.
- Please respect the surf house, other guests and our neighbours. Quiet hours and house rules are explained on arrival.
- We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
7. Minors
Guests under 18 must be booked by, and travel with, a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for them during the stay.
8. Photos and videos
We sometimes take photos and videos during sessions and activities and may share them on our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, just tell us and we will respect that.
9. Events outside our control
We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural events, travel restrictions or decisions of public authorities. In such cases we will work with you to find the fairest solution.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
