Blue Horizon Surf Camp, Tamraght, Agadir, Morocco (“Blue Horizon”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our booking channels, why we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Booking and contact forms: your first and last name, email address, phone number, number of guests, arrival and departure dates, chosen package and accommodation, extra activities, dietary needs and any message you write.
- WhatsApp, email and phone: the details you share with us when you contact us.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you visit the site (such as IP address, device and pages viewed), which may be processed by our hosting provider and by the services listed below.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare your booking.
- To organise your stay: accommodation, surf sessions, transport, meals (including dietary needs) and activities.
- To keep the website secure and protect our forms from spam.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Services we use
- Google reCAPTCHA on our booking form, to tell people from spam bots. Google processes data under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
- Google Maps links and Instagram links, which take you to those services and their own privacy policies.
- Our email and website hosting providers, which store messages and site data for us.
4. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and for security (for example spam protection). Embedded or linked services such as Google may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work less well.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details only as long as needed to handle your request and stay, and afterwards for as long as required for our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
6. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, and the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data and object to its use. To do so, email us at the address below. You can also contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP).
7. Photos
We may share photos or videos from sessions and activities on our website and social media. If you appear in one and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.
